Shipping Charges If your order is above $80.00 Canadian Dollars Chair Stuff will pay the delivery charge. If your order is below $80.00 CDN a $5.00 to $10.00 charge will apply (Depends on size/weight of package). We try to ship all orders in a plain box(s) with no description of the contents to be as discreet as possible. Payment Method We accept Visa, MasterCard, cheque, or COD* payment. Please DO NOT send cash in the post! There is a $20 service charge on all returned cheques!! We can invoice WorkSafe (WCB), ICBC, and other third party insurance companies. Please call us to discuss this option. * If your order is delivered via courier we cannot accept cash. Return Policy Unused merchandise may be returned for refund or credit within 15 days of purchase. The item being returned must be in its original packaging and be unused. If you make an error ordering the wrong product a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to items eligible for return. If we make a mistake (yes, we are human) there will be no restocking fee and you will be reimbursed for the return shipping. Call us and we will discuss the return. Ordering Policy We have decided as a company not to have an e-commerce site as we feel you do not get the personal attention needed when ordering your daily medical requirements. Privacy Policy Privacy is a priority and we are committed to protecting your privacy. Chair Stuff does not sell, lend, or rent our customer information.
